DANH SÁCH NHÀ TUYỂN DỤNG LAO ĐỘNG CHƯƠNG TRÌNH AIPP CỦA TỈNH BANG PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND
Chương trình định cư 4 tỉnh Đại Tây Dương AIPP là chương trình nhập cư liên bang dành cho người sử dụng lao động lấp đầy tình trạng thiếu hụt lao động thường xuyên bằng cách thuê mướn nhân công nước ngoài.
1. Điều kiện để người sử dụng lao động tham gia chương trình:
Để được chỉ định (designate) , người sử dụng lao động phải:
– Có một doanh nghiệp hoạt động tốt
– Cung cấp thông tin về nhu cầu lao động
– Cam kết làm việc với một tổ chức chuyên việc ổn định cuộc sống cho người nhập cư để có một kế hoạch an cư cho người lao động
Để được xác nhận (endorse), người sử dụng lao động phải:
– Chứng tỏ nỗ lực thuê lao động ở khu vực nhưng không thành công
– Tuyển dụng lao động nước ngoài
– Cung cấp lời mời làm việc hợp lệ, toàn thời gian, không theo thời vụ với người lao động nước ngoài
– Cung cấp một kế hoạch định an cư cho người lao động được thuê mướn.
2. Danh sách các nhà tuyển dụng lao động tỉnh bang Prince Edward Island được chỉ định:
Các nhà tuyển dụng muốn sử dụng AIPP phải được Văn phòng Di trú Đảo Prince Edward chỉ định. Sau đây là danh sách các Nhà tuyển dụng được Chỉ định tại tỉnh bang Prince Edward Island theo AIPP theo cập nhật ngày 2/10 /2020
